Logo Design
Sage Physical Therapy & Wellness is a holistic physical therapy and wellness practice specializing in pain management and lifestyle services. Sage wanted their practice to have a natural feel —graphically and color-wise. Their logo was created as an “S” leaf graphic in green tones, for the word Sage, inside a circle, symbol of the whole person—mind and body as one.
Website Design
After Sage’s logo was designed, B Maymon Design developed their website. The site informs the public about Sage’s appoach to physical therapy, their therapists and the other services they offer.
Collateral
In honor of Sage’s 5 year anniversary, a rack card, circular invitation, poster, exterior signage, and Facebook cover were created to help celebrate this milestone and their growing practice.
